1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GeoWatch (the "Service"), operated by IRON VAULT TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a license, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Upon payment and activation, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-user license to access the Service for one calendar year. The license is per-user — sharing credentials with other individuals is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Fees and Payment

The Service is priced at ₹18,000 per user per year, payable in advance via UPI or bank transfer. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Continued use after the license term requires renewal at the then-current rate.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of license activation. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, email purchase@geowatch.in with your license key within 7 days. We will process a full refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds after the 7-day window are at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) share, resell, or sublicense the Service; (b) scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Service for redistribution; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code; (d) use the Service for illegal purposes, including harassment, doxxing, or targeting individuals; (e) attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.

6. Data Sources and Accuracy

The Service aggregates publicly available open-source news, investigations, and reports. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content. AI-generated summaries, severity scores, and entity extractions are automated and may contain errors. You should verify critical information against original sources before acting on it.

The Service does not constitute investment, legal, or professional advice. Any decisions you make based on the Service are your sole responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, source code, and data curation on the Service are the exclusive property of IRON VAULT TECHNOLOGIES. Original news content remains the property of the respective publishers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRON VAULT TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City], India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
